The reality

You understand the person. Turning that into a plan is the hard part.

Educators, parents, clinicians, and coaches tend to hit the same three walls between understanding a person and helping them grow.

01

Understanding executive function

You can see how someone works, but executive function lives in how they get things done, not a score. Turning that into a clear read on what to target first takes time you rarely get.

02

Writing goals for the whole person

A blank page doesn't know the person in front of you. Writing one that fits their context, strengths, and needs, for each person every time, is hours of work.

03

Turning goals into practice

A written goal is only the start. Turning it into weekly practice, with the right activities ready to go, is a second job by itself.

Advocate360 takes on each of these, starting from what you already know.

One living profile per person

What you know becomes the plan.

Here's the loop, walked with Jordan, the sample profile included with every new account. Your person might be a student, a client, or your own kid.

  1. 1

    Start with what you know

Strengths, interests, background, where things get hard: it all goes on their About page. Upload an IEP or session notes and it gets worked in.

Two sections from Jordan’s About page. Open the screenshot to see it in full.
  2. 2

    See where support is needed

Your person answers the Executive Function Assessment in their own words when that fits (most completed assessments are). Results come back as specific strengths and needs, not just scores.

More about the Executive Function Assessment
Jordan's result: getting started is where he needs support most.
  3. 3

Get goals written from that profile

Goals are generated from this one person's profile alone, and each goal shows which parts shaped it.

    More about the Goal Generator
Jordan's goal, and the panel behind it.
  4. 4

Pick strategies that say why they fit

Each suggestion says why it fits, citing their assessment and goals. Mark one 'Not interested' and it stays gone.

    More about Executive Function Strategies
This suggestion cites Jordan's 36% score and his five-minute goal.
  5. 5

Then pull something to do this week

Over 200 exercises and printables, searchable by skill area, so a strategy comes with something you can work through or print.

    More about the Resource Library
The Worksheets tab: search it, or sort by skill area.
  6. 6

    And it keeps up

Retake an assessment later and the profile shows what moved.

    Jordan's progress across four assessments.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Advocate360?

Advocate360 is an executive function support platform built around one living profile per person: an assessment, goals written from that profile, strategies matched to the person, and practice materials, all of it updating as you learn more.

Who is Advocate360 for?

Teachers, parents, coaches, clinicians, special education teams, IEP writers, and neurodivergent adults, people supporting executive function growth.

Who created Advocate360?

It was built by practitioners with backgrounds in special education, coaching, school psychology, and BCBA certification, many with neurodivergent lived experience.

Is Advocate360 only for IEPs?

No. It works across IEPs, 504 plans, coaching, and personal use.

Does Advocate360 write lesson plans or curriculum?

No. It focuses on executive function support: assessment, goals, strategies, and skill-building exercises, not academic curriculum.

Does Advocate360 replace my district's IEP system?

No. It complements your existing tools, it isn't a replacement for your district's full IEP platform.

What is a “profile”?

A profile is the person you're supporting. You can keep profiles de-identified using initials or nicknames.

Can I use Advocate360 for myself?

Yes. Advocate360 has a self mode: your own profile, an assessment you answer in your own words, and goals and strategies built from what you wrote.

Do I need a diagnosis to use this?

No diagnosis is required to use Advocate360.

Is Advocate360 giving legal or clinical advice?

No. Advocate360 is a support tool and does not provide legal, clinical, or diagnostic advice.

Is support available if I get stuck?

Yes. Use the Contact form inside the app and a human will get back to you.
